At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period beginning on the delivery date.

How long does a refund take?

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within several business days.

The exact timing depends on PayPal and your financial institution.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different model, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes.

Our cordless electric ratchet wrenches include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
