All cordless electric ratchet wrenches purchased through Attaissah are covered by a 12-Month Limited Warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and DIY use, including:

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage

Natural battery capacity reduction over time

Commercial, rental, or industrial use beyond the product's intended purpose

3. Battery and Charger Coverage
Batteries and chargers included with your purchase are covered under the same 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
Examples of covered issues may include:

A charger that stops functioning due to a manufacturing defect

Battery or charger components that fail during normal operation
The following are not covered:

Normal battery capacity loss over time

Damage caused by improper charging practices

Damage caused by unauthorized chargers or accessories
Battery performance naturally decreases after repeated charging cycles and is considered normal wear.
