At Attaissah, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and order cancellations are handled.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns in the following situations:

Defective Products

  • Product arrived damaged or defective

  • Product stopped functioning under normal use during the return period

  • Wrong item received

Customer-Initiated Returns

  • Ordered the wrong product

  • Product no longer needed

  • Changed your mind after delivery

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, defective, or in substantially the same condition as received.

  • Original packaging is preferred whenever possible.

  • Returns showing signs of excessive use, abuse, or missing components may be subject to partial refunds or may be denied.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the return is due to our error or a verified product defect:

  • We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  • We may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse approved shipping expenses.

Customer Remorse Returns

If the return is not related to a defect or shipping error:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.


4. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications

  • Products returned with missing accessories or major components

  • Returns requested after the 30-day return period

  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers


5. How to Start a Return

Step 1

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

Step 2

Wait for return instructions and authorization from our support team.

Please do not send any items back without receiving return instructions first. Unauthorized returns may experience delays or become ineligible for refund processing.

Step 3

Package the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service whenever possible.

Step 4

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your financial institution or PayPal, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different model, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.


7. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@attaissah.com.

Eligible orders may be canceled and refunded in full.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

After delivery, you may request a return if the order meets the requirements outlined in this policy.


8. Refund Processing Time

After an approved return is received:

  • Inspection typically occurs within several business days.

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on PayPal or your payment provider.
