At Attaissah, we want you to know exactly what to expect before placing an order. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery typically takes, and other important shipping information.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska (AK)

  • Hawaii (HI)

  • Puerto Rico (PR)

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • American Samoa

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • International destinations outside the United States

Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders $49.00 and over qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders Under $49.00

  • A flat shipping fee of $8.00 applies.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. No additional shipping fees will be added after purchase.


Shipping Methods

We currently offer standard shipping only.

At this time, expedited, priority, and overnight shipping services are not available.

Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us regarding transit times.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Processing includes:

  • Order verification

  • Product preparation

  • Packaging

  • Carrier pickup

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days depending on destination

Estimated total delivery time:

4–10 business days from the date of purchase

(Processing time + Transit time)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier operations and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Shipment tracking link

If you have not received tracking information within four business days after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically during checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable laws.

The final amount, including any taxes, will be displayed before payment is submitted.


Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier network disruptions

  • Peak holiday shipping periods

  • Incorrect shipping information

If your shipment experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the package with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@attaissah.com.

We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Attaissah is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

  • A description of the problem

  • Photos of any visible damage (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
