Shipping Charges

  • Orders $49.00 and over qualify for free standard shipping
  • Orders under $49.00 include a $8.00 flat shipping fee

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address and local regulations.

No Hidden Fees

The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

We do not charge:

  • Handling fees
  • Packaging fees
  • Hidden service fees

Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive:

Including:

  • Order number
  • Purchased items
  • Shipping details
  • Order total

Payment Receipt

A separate confirmation from PayPal confirming your transaction.

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at support@attaissah.com. We may be able to:

  • Update order details
  • Correct shipping information
  • Cancel the order and issue a refund

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If eligible, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
